Your reputation is your identity. Like it or not, perception and first impressions are more important than ever. But it takes a mix of art and science to build, defend and repair reputations.

AUTHENTICITY WINS

Communicating with external audiences isn’t about putting on an act or saying what you think audiences want to hear. Don’t torture your words or be what you’re not. Together, let’s reach decision makers and important stakeholders while remaining true to you and your organization’s mission, vision and values.

There’s so much posturing and misinformation out there that it often seems impossible to know who/what to trust. And it often seems like we live in Idiocracy, but give the audience more credit. Show some vulnerability, humor, self-deprecation — there’s a very difficult balancing act to pull off but Chase Global knows just how to pull it off.

It’s called pathos — a rhetorical term for appealing to the humanity and emotion of audiences — and it’s a powerful tool when the spotlight is bright. Let’s hone your message and win, with authenticity as the guiding principle.

SERVICES

Every project is unique and every team is custom-built for you — from a full team with cross-disciplinary expertise to a single dedicated consultant with intern support.

You'll often hear someone say they're an expert at communications and marketing — two completely different disciplines. There is overlap and the lines often blur, but it takes wisdom to know what you don't know. Chase Global is here to build and foster your reputation in a way that supports your organization or cause by reaching the right stakeholders.

Communications strategies that don’t align with operational strategies don’t move the needle. That’s why Chase Global doesn’t do empty PR or publicity stunts — communications plans are tailored for any audience: customers, journalists, public officials, investors, advocacy groups, and more.

Strategic Communications

Breaking through on important issues requires time, commitment and a dedication to minutiae. The marketplace of ideas is more crowded and chaotic than ever, and misinformation is a part of our new normal. Thoughtful and deliberate public affairs strategies take a 360 degree approach to communities and groups, while also embracing the challenges, vitriol and confrontation that arise as a meaningful step towards progress.

Impact doesn’t come from who speaks the loudest. It’s about who speaks authentically.

Public Affairs

Your reputation is what you make of it. It’s your track record. In the Digital Age, mistrust and misinformation are here to stay. Let's work together to find the decision makers most important to your organization or campaign, and show them who you really are and why they should buy your product, vote for your candidate or support your issue.

Harness the power of professional communications to demonstrate your authentic commitment to corporate social responsibility, drive industrywide change and drive the narrative.

Reputation Management

There's no escaping it: your organization will face complex issues that threaten to cause irreparable damage to your good name. Chase Global has guided CEOs and leaders through countless crises in countless industries and fields.

95% of crises can be managed without an organization suffering severe enough damage to necessitate cutbacks, adjustments to long-term operational plans, or existential problems. Chase Global is here to help you stay composed and in control, ensuring a fast return to normalcy.
